* Please take note about my cash gift donation. It is for my time and companionship only. My donations will not be discussed on the phone, in email or in person and is due upon arrival. My gift donation can be put in an envelope marked Gift or Happy Birthday Kara when I arrive or we meet in private. Thank you.
